1. Pizza Rolls, jealous much?
You have never had Pizza Rolls!? You are super missing out. No need to fear, I will guide you through the process of making delicious pizza rolls!
Make and rise the dough of your preferred pizza crust (I used Valentino’s Pizza Crust, only 10 minutes to rise!)Preheat oven to 450 F. Prepare cookie sheet with Pam and cornmeal.Split dough in half and flatten (with rolling pin or by hand) each half into a 10”x3” rectangle.Put on your pizza topping. I used pizza sauce, deli-ham, finely cut-up onions, diced pineapple, and cheddar cheese.Roll to form a log. Slice into 1/2” to 1” pieces. Place on prepared cookie sheet. I like to place the cookie sheet with the unbaked rolls on top of the warm stove for about 5 minutes before baking for extra fluffiness.Bake about 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Enjoy.
Brown BagIndividually freeze on sheet, then when frozen, throw together in a freezer bag. You know, so they don’t freeze together into a big lump. Take a couple out of the freezer the night before work (school, or whatever you do) and place in refrigerator. The next day, just microwave to heat, then eat.

  2. Nighttime Chocolate Mug Cake
Pretty safe to say that this is the most evil thing… ever. Took 5 mins from start to finish. Because I shared with Ton, he was allowed to stay up 15 minute later than usual.
Mix together:4 TBsp flour4 TBsp sugar1 egg3 TBsp cocoa powder3 TBsp Nutella3 TBsp milk3 TBsp vegetable oilPour into two mugs, or as I did, two ikea ramekins.Microwave on high for 1½– 3 mins (2 mins worked for me). If you want, add choco chips, or half way through a dollop of pb.
And you have choco cake in a mug. Like I said, pure evil! & yes, I am drinking wine in my tea cup. & i copied the recipe onto a blue post-it note (illegibly), instead of smartly sending it to my iPod. And I will NOT make more than once a week. I really, really mean that… maybe
